Black Cod with Honey Soy Sauce W/ Wilted Spinach Salad


Black Cod with Honey Soy Sauce. Oh So Yummy!
Servings 6
6 Black Cod Filets 7-8 oz. each
2 cups Honey ( We Prefer Raw Honey)
1 cup Soy Sauce
3/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste

Combine honey, soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl, stir well and place Black Cod fillets in bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2+ Hrs. to let the flavors marry together. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove fish from marinade and season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Place filets on broiling pan so excess oil from the Black Cod can drip off, cook until they have a golden dark brown color about 15-20 minutes until it flakes apart easily.

Serve with wilted spinach salad. It’s excellent!

Wilted spinach salad:

3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
12-15 cups baby spinach (stems removed)
Ground nutmeg sea salt, and fresh ground pepper to taste

In pan melt butter on med/low heat with garlic until butter turns golden brown. Add spinach and pinch nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook until just wilted. Place on serving plate and top with Black Cod. Hope you enjoy:)
