Grilled Fresh Herb Albacore Tuna


4 Servings
1-1.5 Lb Pacific Albacore Tuna Loin or Tuna Steaks.
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Teaspoon Fresh Basil
4 Teaspoon Fresh Dill
4 Teaspoon Chopped Chives
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Zest
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste

Rinse Albacore with cold water; pat dry with paper towel. Combine ingredients, except lemon zest, to make the basting sauce. Baste your Albacore with 1/2 the sauce and set remainder sauce aside. Grease your grate and move 4-5 inch's from coals or source of heat for 6-8 minutes. Turn fish halfway through cooking time and baste frequently. Do Not Overcook!!!! Albacore Tuna should be pink in center when removed from heat. Top with lemon zest.. Hope you enjoy this recipe. Thank-You Vanessa Donovan
